The Edible Garden Project at the Winnipeg Community Center in Be'er Sheva has been launched at October 18th, 2010, Representatives from the Asper Foundation in Canada, KKL Israel, JDC-Israel and guests from Canada, Israel, Holland and Belgium were present at and took part in the happy event. The Edible Garden project is a community project meant to improve the neighborhood. Amongst others it can be used to bridge the gap between elder and younger new immigrants while working together in the Edible Garden. We expect that the project will be highly successful.
